This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the
RealMeet mobile application ("App") operated by
Realtek Enterprise ("we", "our", or "us").
1. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us:
- Email us at realmeetapp2024@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address, phone number, and payment details.
- Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or evidence such as duplicate payment receipts.
2. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After expiry, you will retain read-only access to your existing data.

You will not be able to create new bookings, add guests, or record payments until renewal.
- Your data will not be deleted unless you explicitly request account deletion.
4. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting the updated policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant updates.
5. Exceptions
While we generally do not offer refunds on activated subscriptions, we may consider
refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error.

Unauthorized Payment: If a payment was made without your authorization and you can provide evidence of the same.

Service Unavailability: If the App experienced a prolonged outage
(more than 7 consecutive days) that significantly impacted your ability to use the service.
